Meet the Team

Who are we?

Creating Role Models and Mentors (CRAM) is a free, school-based peer mentoring program dedicated to enhancing students’ academic skills, social development, and emotional well-being. By pairing older students (mentors) with younger students (mentees), CRAM creates a supportive environment where students can thrive academically and personally. CRAM is built on the principles of accessibility, community engagement, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that every participant benefits from a structured and meaningful mentoring experience.

The Board of Directors

The CRAM Board of Directors consists of dedicated individuals committed to guiding the program’s strategic direction and ensuring its success. The board plays a crucial role in policymaking, governance, and overseeing the implementation of CRAM’s mission.
